Return and Refund Policy

At PrimeShoppe, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to make the process hassle-free.

Returns
We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all tags and packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@primeshoppe.in with your order details. Certain items, such as innerwear, customized products, sale items and Gift cards are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and customization constraints. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in selecting a replacement. In cases where the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue along with your order details when contacting us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds, including innerwear, accessories, gift cards, and personalized items. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
